Here at burnside we are only able to register children of privately registered adult parents or carers, who attend routinely. Once the child reaches the age of 18 years they will no longer be seen under the NHS. Young adults will then be seen as a private patient.
Newly registered children will be required to attend for an initial assessment of their current oral condition. We are not able to register children under the NHS independently. Children who do not attend regularly may be removed from our NHS register.
